NAVI Faces Gamer Legion In IEM Atlanta Final
NAVI has continued its march towards the IEM Atlanta 2026 title. Having already bested Vitality in the quarter finals, they took down BetBoom in the semifinal, emerging 2-0 victors. BetBoom had received a bye through the quarterfinal, having won all three group games – a run that included a 2-1 victory over Vitality.
In the other semi, GamerLegion beat Legacy 2-1, having already eliminated paiN Gaming in the quarterfinal.

Vitality’s loss in the tournament was something of a surprise, although it came on the back of reports stating the IEM Rio winners had not had any practice leading up to the US tournament. They recorded group stage victories over Passion UA and final opponents GamerLegion, but they did lose 2-1 to eventual semi-finalists Legacy. Nevertheless, the history-making Ukrainian team has so far made the most of besting their main rivals, and will be looking to go one further and take home the money.

Meanwhile, GamerLegion won its first group game against SINNERS before theloss to NAVI. In the lower bracket, they beat Liquid 2-0 and Astralis by the same scoreline to progress. In the playoff stages, the German outfit overcame paiN Gaming 2-1 and Legacy by the same scoreline. They have had a good run, but NAVI, in their current vein of rich form, are likely to prove too much.
Natus Vincere vs GamerLegion
NAVI has already shown it can defeat GamerLegion, beating them in the group stages. They also look the stronger team, generally. And, in head-to-heads, NAVI have a commanding 4-0 position. They’re also likely still on a high from their victory over Vitality, so a relatively comfortable victory looks to be on the cards. Â
