Pokémon Legends: Z-A Season 14 Targets Flight-Type Pokemon
Pokémon Legends: Z-A has a new update coming on July 15, and it is going to change the game. Specifically, Pokémon Legends: Z-A Season 14 Ranked Battles will only allow Lumiose Pokédex and Hyperspace Pokédex flying-type Pokémon.
Battles will consist of four-player battles with performance-based points awarded for each match. Included in the season’s rewards are various Mega Stones. Players will also receive valuable pretty feathers.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A Season 14 Changes
Through season updates, Z-A has seen significant changes to the game’s Ranked Battles. Season 11 restricted players to 1 Legendary Pokémon while Season 12 effectively reversed this before Season 13 prohibited all legendary and mythical Pokémon. Pokémon Legends: Z-A Season 14 brings even bigger changes, effectively prohibiting the use of most available Pokémon.

According to the official update, “Eligible Pokémon for Ranked Battles Season 14 include Lumiose Pokédex No. 010, 011, 012, 017, 021, 022, 023, 033, 093, 094, 147, 153, 168, 176, 180, 181, 186, 187, 192, 216, 222, and 229, as well as Hyperspace Pokédex No. 007, 022 (Fan Rotom only), 028, 073, 074, 075, 081, 082, 083, 086, 094, 095, 096, 130.”

You’re only allowed one version of each Pokémon and can only have one version of Yveltal or Rayquaza per team. Every Pokémon that participates in a battle enters at level 50.
You’re going to want to Mega Evolve your Pokémonto have a chance of winning. Fortunately, whenever you rank up between Ranks Y and S, you will receive Greninjite, Delphoxite, Chesnaughtite, Baxcalibrite, Sceptilite, Swampertite, and Blazikenite stones to aid your progress.
The new season starts July 15, which is a big day for monster training fans as the Digimon Up mobile game also launches on the same day. The season runs until August 5.
